DEPRECIATION AND TAX SAVING IN SOLAR POWER PLANT 50.4 KW

Hencethe payback periodof the system is less than 2.5 years and life of solar panelsis more than 25 years. Saving will be much higher as electricity rates will escalatein future, so saving will be more as compared To Present savings.

EXTRA WORK UNDER CLIENT SCOPE

• To provide space for inverter mounting within 20 meters of PV array.
• Any LT panel required to provide input to Solar (requirement shall be providedby AHCPL after design) to provide feeder in main LT Panel & AC Cable from Inverter to main panel.
• Extra Super Structureand fabrication work will be chargeable @ 110 Rs Per kg plus GST.
• LA and earthling and civil works (For under construction sites).
• Any power requiredto install the products is in customer’s cope.
• Insurance of Solar Plant after handed over.
• Receiving of material at site.
• Material Storage place for the equipment’s and its safety’s NOC for the Power Plant from the Safety Department.

PROJECT SCHEDULE

• Mobility of manpowerwithin 15 days of receipt of advance payment.
• Supply of complete solar system shall take 20 days.
• Installation of complete system within 10 days after receipt of units at site.

WARRANTY DETAILS

• 30 Years performance warranty on PV Modules
• 10 years warranty on Grid Inverter
• 5-year ACDB and DCDB.

LIMITATIONS OF WARRANTY

• Warranty shall be considered lapsed in case there is any tamperingin the system
  without prior written intimation and approval from AHCPL.
• Warranty shall come in effect from date of commissioning of the system.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Taxes: Included on above given rates. As per the Notification No. 8/2021-Central Tax (Rate)dated 30-09-2021 and No. 11/2017-Central Tax (Rate), dated 28th June, 2017 there has been clarification provided by the GST authority on GST rate for Solar Power Generating System 70% of the project value will be as supply @ 12% GST 30% of the project value will be as service @ 18% GST Average comes out to be @ 13.8% GST Any changes in taxes /duties to statutory variation shall be to the clients account
• Installation commissioning: Charges Inclusive in above prices
• DG Synchronization: Will be charged extra if required. (Solar DG PV Synchronization Systems and ControllerSmartly Distributes the total demanded load between Solar and DG in such way that the DG runs at the minimum possible load, securing against reverse feeding and protecting the inverters from over-frequency damage, while also increasing fuel efficiency.)
• Delivery schedule: 4 weeks from the date of receipt work order and advance¬
• Installation schedule: To start within 1 week from the date of receipt of material at Site or site clearance, whichever is later

Payment terms:

• 20% Advance with Purchase Order
• 30% on Supply of Structure
• 30% on Supply of Modules and other items before dispatch
• 15% on Installation
• 5% on Commissioning
• Annual maintenance: A separate AMC contract will be signed¬
• Net-Metering/Net: Billing Paperwork, approval and installation of meter by AHCPL, Expenses are excluded as per actual¬
• Rights and Lien of property: AHCPL reserves all rights on equipment, material or parts supplied by the firm under this quotation until full value thereof as per our invoice has been fully paid to us as per terms and conditions defined by us.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Force Majeure: The following clauses which substantially affect the performance of the Contract shall only be considered as Force Majeure conditions. Natural phenomena including but not limited to floods, droughts, earthquakes, heavy rains, cyclones and epidemics. Acts of any Government, domestic or foreign including but not limited to war, declared or undeclared, quarantines, and embargo. Any changes in country laws, trade restrictions, imposition of penal duties and levies adversely affecting continuation of contractual commitments.
• Data Monitoring: Included in above Price. Internet connectivity to the data monitoring device has to be provided by the customer.
• Validity of Offer: 7 Days from the date of offer.
